The Locality

Davenport Lakes is a quiet residential community, founded in 1994, located in countryside on Highway 27 approx 1/4 mile off Highway 192. The nearest major stores are Publix (grocery) 1 mile and a large Wal-mart on Highway 27. The gates of Disney's Magic Kingdom are 10 - 12 minutes drive away depending on traffic.

Our home is located in the highly desirable Davenport Lakes community.

	There is a comminity club house with heated community cabana pool and lake access with dock behind the club house. A tennis court and adventure playground are next to the club house. Polo Park golf course is adjacent to the community.

The community is quiet and borders Lake Davenport, a 400 acre lake. The lake is within an easy walk from the home.
